Nina and Mona became friends in 2017 in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Over the years, they shared family and business successes (and trials!). During the 2020 Pandemic, Mona was working as a realtor at a luxury real estate development. Due to the lockdowns and social distancing, the use of Mobile Notary Agents and Remote Online Notaries became widely used. Texas made online notarizations legal in 2019, but it was the Pandemic that pushed it to fast forward. Mona placed her Texas Real Estate license on hold and began the training and commissioning to become a Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent and Online Notary Public. In 2023, the two joined forces in Century Notary. Sharing a common work ethic and standard of excellence, the partnership has been a success for them and their clients.
